OVERWHELMED WITH LOVE

Image
Home!  I am at a loss for words as I write this final email. My mission has refined me and helped me become what God wants me to be. I have never felt such immense love for Jesus Christ. And I have never felt such joy than I have from serving Him. I love my Savior and best friend, Jesus Christ.  As a lot of you know, Arkansas was not my dream mission. Days up until my mission I wondered if this truly was God's plan for me. A year and a half later, and I can say with confidence that I wouldn't trade getting called here for the world. This experience changed my life. The people of Missouri, Arkansas and Kansas hold a special place in my heart forever. I'm so glad I decided to serve.  Nothing beat closing out my mission at Zak's baptism just two days before I left. He shared how God has been his Guide and Jesus has been His light. The spirit was tangible in the room as we sang "teach me to walk in the light".  I have learned so much throughout my mission about Go...

WHITE CHRISTMAS

Image
I've been dreaming of a White Christmas all month. We totally got it! Our friend Dylan got baptized on Saturday, we went to the temple with 3 recent converts, and Zak is getting baptized on Monday!  It's been the best week ever. My heart is so full! Christmas as a missionary is such a special experience. From Christmas zone vs zone dodgeball to Christmas eve lessons with our friends, I just can't express all my gratitude.  I hope everyone has had a very merry Christmas and has been able to reflect on the greatest gift, Jesus Christ. Over the past year and a half, I've come to understand how truly amazing He is. I know that he is the source of all joy and love! I wouldn't trade my testimony of Him for the world. I can't imagine my life without Jesus Christ. I love him and I trust him  KEEP L-I-V-I-N  Pictures :  the quad!  Temple Trip! Dylan's Baptism! District Christmas Eve! Christmas morning pickleball
