ADVENTURES IN ARKANSAS

Hi everyone! The work here in Springfield is SO good right now, I've met the coolest people and had some miraculous experiences! Let me share one:  A couple weeks ago we were trying to get a hold of our friends at this apartment complex... NONE were home. We walked up the road a little bit and man, I was in heaven. There were rows of townhomes on the right and 2 apartment complexes on the left, absolutely untouched and un-knocked (at least in the last 5 months lol). I prayed mightily and with confidence that there was someone ELECT waiting to hear our message of hope and peace, BUT WHERE!? We felt prompted to go to the apartment complex on the left but when we got to the door we realized we needed a key fob to get in. We walked around the entire building, until BAM! The last door we checked was propped open by a rug.  As we walked in, we knew this was the fancy type of apartment complex that missionaries would get kicked out of immediately. Hi everyone!!  It's been a packed couple of weeks! I've been having so much fun!! I love my mission!! Let me tell a few stories :) Janey and Larry! Larry is a lost member who the missionaries ran into knocking doors, and Janey is his wife who isn't a member. Missionaries have been teaching them since November and just this past Sunday they made it to church! He turned to me during the Sunday service with tears in his eyes as he said "thank you for bringing us here". It was his first time at church since 1988! It was a feeling he forgot, feeling the spirit at church, and I felt so lucky to be there for it. They call me their adopted granddaughter haha! Janey has also been reading the Book of Mormon everyday!! Member meals are my favorite part of the day! I get to meet so many people and hear all about them! I love it!!!
