ADVENTURES IN ARKANSAS

Wow! Hi! So much has happened since I last wrote one of these! I got banished (transferred) to the boonies of Missouri! After almost 11 months in the same zone I'm now in West Plains! I've been here for just over a week and I can surely say I stand out for having all my teeth. But don't worry I have been blending in by always having sunflower seeds in my mouth hehe. My companion is SISTER SLOAN!!! It is so fun being back with one of my MTC comps!  We have definitely had some interesting interactions. There is this meth head lady who said we were sent by the devil. Walter White's number 1 customer for sureee. Then there is the homeless guy who was high as a kite during our lesson at the park! Gotta love it ;) But for the most part, the people are so humble here and willing to talk to us! We have had so many miracles! The downtown square has fostered many wholesome interactions! One where we met a nice guy named Steve and he gave us his address and we stopped by later and...

Wow! Very cool past couple weeks. Eran got baptized a week ago and it was so special!! Her life turned a full 180°! It's pretty amazing when you get to see people completely change as they come closer to Christ. Eran was so excited and happy!  We have been seeing some awesome miracles here in Springfield! There are so many people here that are searching for the gospel. We have this new friend, Mae! Let me tell you about her. We knocked on her door and she just said yes to everything. Yes to church, yes to us coming back, yes to hearing a scripture, etc. She has been to church twice and brought new people both times. Turns out, right before we knocked on her door she had been praying and asking God what church she needed to go to. Even before my mission started I was praying for people who genuinely wanted and needed the gospel. I don't like being pushy haha. It's been so cool to see time and time again people being placed in my path who really are searching for something mo...
